Dear Friends,
Today we celebrate the gift of the Holy Spirit poured out on the apostles. It removes their fear and leads them into proclaiming the ‘marvels of God’. The long list of people from many different regions and nations is to emphasise that the whole world is present and receives the message. The time for fear and withdrawal is over. The Spirit breaks down all barriers and leads humanity to the place where God awaits it.
God bless,
Father James
