Dear Friends,
In today’s second reading St Paul tells us that the Lord is faithful. No matter what happens he will not abandon us. He will give us strength, protect us from every form of evil and will keep us faithful to the love of God.
The Journey in Faith course continues next Sunday at 5 pm in the presbytery.
We are also taking names of children for First Holy Communion preparation classes. Please take a form, bring it back or send it to me.
This coming year, beginning with Advent, the Church is holding a Year of the Word. Throughout the year we will be holding events that focus on the Bible. I would like to set up a working group to organise these. Thanks to those who have already shown an interest.
Father James
