Christ is risen! He is truly risen! Alleluia!
The Easter message of joy echoes through the whole world proclaiming Christ’s ultimate victory of light over darkness, grace over sin, and life over death. It is the message on which we build our lives and to which we anchor our own hope of victory with him. During this solemn Easter season of 50 days we joyfully give thanks to God for the many blessings bestowed on us as individuals and as a faith community these many years. Because Jesus has died and risen again, conquering sin and death, we believe that with him we too shall live. In this spirit of faith and hope, I wish you and your families a most holy and blessed Easter Season!
I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to our parish ministries for their sincere dedication and hard work which tell us a lot about their love for the Lord and for our community. I specially thank our parish secretary, parish finance committee, PPC, hall committee, all other committees, sacristans, musicians, choirs, flower arrangers, stewards, ushers, lectors, altar servers, eucharistic ministers, counters, and everyone who supports the parish is many other ways.
As your Pastor, I am very blessed to work with all of you. I thank God every day for all of you, our wonderful, loving, and supportive parishioners. We are God’s gift to one another and to our community. HAPPY EASTER! JESUS IS RISEN, ALLELUIA, ALLELUIA!
I will be away to Goa on my annual break after Easter and will return in the first week of May. I have requested Fr James to kindly shoulder the pastoral activities.
