The Day Care Centre for the youngest children at Pongro Village, 5 miles from Svay Sisophon, was completed on Monday 8th December. The Centre, funded partly by Support Cambodia and partly from the Phillipines, will be run by Sister Dulce Amor Ibanez, a Filipino sister who has masterminded the building of the Centre and also this year, has been responsible for bringing a well to Pongro, courtesy of Charis Singapore. These are great steps forward for Pongro and the new Centre will be up and running when Bob, Katie, Carol & David from Support Cambodia visit in January.
