December 3rd is always a festival day in Svay Sisophon as the Catholic community celebrates their patronal feast of St Francis Xavier, Patron Saint of Missionaries. This year we’re fortunate to have pictures from the celebration Mass within hours of it taking place. As you can see, the priests of the Diocese gathered and, led by Bishop Kike, the community celebrated in style with procession, music and dancing. The blessing of a new community building at Dei Lo Village was also scheduled to take place and those visiting Cambodia in January are looking forward very much to seeing it for the first time.
